Los Angeles — Paris Hilton was sued by a company that manufactures hair extensions and they’re seeking $35 million in damages for allegedly wearing someone else’s hair.

Hairtech International claimed that the controversial 29-year-old Paris Hilton breached her contract to promote their product when she sported fake locks of a competitor in 2008. Complaint also includes Hilton missing a launch party for the hair extension line because she was serving a stint in jail in 2007 where she served 23 days after being caught driving twice with a suspended license while on probation for reckless driving.

Dawn Miller, Hilton’s publicist, refused commenting on the said issue.
