Top seeds Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are scheduled to play in a charity tennis event for the benefit of Haiti on March 12, 2010 during the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, CA. They will be joined by retired stars Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi in the tournament dubbed “Hit for Haiti”.

The exhibition will feature a doubles match where Federer and Sampras will team up to battle Nadal and Agassi. Tournament organizers hope to raise at least $1 million for the relief efforts for the devastating earthquake that hit Haiti early January. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the American Red Cross. Fans will be able to make donations via text messaging and onsite contributions.
