James Martin made one diet swap to maintain his 3st weight loss


The 51-year-old, who has been hosting his show James Martin’s Saturday Morning since 2017, made a significant change to his diet to get fit.

He swapped two of his usual three daily meals to include salmon.

Oily fish, such as salmon and sardines, is particularly high in long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which promote good heart health, according to the NHS.

It suggested that “most of us should have more fish in our diet, including more oily fish”.
